Nice fairly level building lot. Allows manufactured and singlewide homes as well as stick built. Located beside Tuttle State Educational Forest in rural area of Caldwell County in foothills of North Carolina. Owner says there was a mobile home on property at one time with a septic system installed. No permit available from the county records. County water located close to property, but further research may find it at street which is private gravel road. I do not believe there are any restrictions on size of buildings put here.
